1. No Refunds on Customized or Sale Items

All custom-stitched or sale items are final sale and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only if:

  • You received a defective or wrong item
  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the order
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product is out of stock and you have made an advance payment
  • A refund is approved by our quality check team due to a genuine issue

5. Processing Time

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
